Glad you 'only' had to worry about bent fenders etc. What I have been
noticing of late is that there are traffic jams (due to fender bending etc
by others, agitations etc) on NH-17 (some reportedly lasting hours) which
could play havoc with meeting train/plane schedules. Of course, some folks
may know which detours to take in such situations. And almost all
transportation schedules in India and Goa are haywire anyway. But those
travelling out of Goa may want to keep this traffic jam factor in mind in
