Moira Sarpanch asks residents to submit tenants' details NT News Service Mapusa, Jan 19 The sarpanch of Moira village Panchayat, Mr Raghuvir Bagkar has urged all residents of Moira, who have let their premises on rent to non-Goans, to register their details with the village panchayat of Moira or with the Mapusa police station.Pointing out that crime involving non-Goans are increasing in parts of the state, Mr Bagkar felt that under such circumstances there was an urgent need to register all details regarding people staying in rented remises so as to avoid any untoward incident in Moira.
