Answering to a contempt of court petition, Wendell Rodricks offered an unconditional apology.
Wendell had stated in a magazine "Why are the High Court judges so blatantly bought over for the Aldeia de Goa case I was in the courtroom when I saw Norma Alvares" stand (sic) her case. It was obvious that the judges were bought. We must stand and fight this Aldeia de Goa issue." Gomantak Times 22 January 2008. This has been reported in all the papers today. What I found most amusing was that I had not read the statement when it was first made and I'm sure not too many had either.
