Rajan, Thank you once again for highlighting the rape of Goa with your wonderful photographs.
Is there any way we, the interested parties, can file a PIL and obtain a stay order on all land conversions, say for a period of two or three years while environmentalists look at the entire picture and make recommendations. I know, most people in the know will point towards CRZ rules which have been broken time and again and even high court orders have done nothing to stop it. Still, is this worth a try? what if we attached all your photographs and file a petition? I know for sure that this was done in Haryana in the 80s. Anil Desai
