Today - Jan 26, 2008 - I dropped by the Batim panchayat to
seek more details. The sarpanch this time dropped another
name - Lalit Sharma, of Chandigarh. When I asked about his
earlier reference of Kiran Dhingra he mumbled something
about them being related but didn't have any specifics. The
papers are all in the name of Lalit Sharma. A quick Google
search with the keywords "Kiran Dhingra Lalit Sharma" gave

Looks like they are all part of the same stinking IAS swamp.
I photographed what seemed to me the relevant papers from
the file. The application is for a farmhouse.
Question: does this look like a farmhouse to you? The
plan (see the jpeg below) shows a structure with only
the ground floor but the actual construction is a grand
ground+1 floor bungalow. Would any architect on Goanet
comment on this?
