With great regret I inform you that Lino died on January 24, 2008.

We never met but I exchanged a few emails with him and I am saddened at his
passing. I liked what
he wrote, this phrase stands out: "the blood of the idealists cleanses the sins
of the world".
A good man, a good Goan has passed on. May he rest in peace.
