Nuvem-Kuwait Parishioners congratulate Norman Cardozo
We, the Nuvem Parishioners in Kuwait, heartily congratulate our dear friend,
Mr. Norman Cardozo, from our village, Nuvem, Salcette, Goa - one of the finest
musician, who participated in the "Mandd Sobhann" along with 'Kepemchim
Kirnnam; folklore troupe, to take "Konkani to the Guinnees Book of World
Records" in the new 40 hours Konkani Singing Marathon Record, held at
Mangalore, Karnataka.
We are also proud of Elvis Goes and Chari's Group 'Goy Poorna' who had the
Konkani Flag stands high on Golbal scene.
Our best wishes to all the other participants who specially travelled from Goa
and other parts of India and elsewhere for this historic event. Also we are
grateful to the excellent coverage provided by www.mangalorean.com, Gomantak
Times, Goa-related mailing lists including Gulf-Goans e-Newsletter and the
