Dear Goanetters, As you may be aware , Digamber Kamat , the " valiant ,
forthright and amazingly far-sighted " not to mention " selfless " chief
minister of Goa has been on record that his Government is dedicated to the
welfare of the " aam aadmi " . Madam Sonia Gandhi has also been on record
stating that the Congress will provide " clean " governance in Goa. More
recently , ( when the recent rebellion by ministers and MLA's within the ruling
co-alition was in full swing ) , Abhishek Singhvi went on record saying " there
is no question of compromising with immorality and illegality."
In view of the fact that the actual happenings in Goa seem to indicate that
the Congress government is doing diametrically the opposite of what they say
above ( the latest being the compromise with immorality and illegality within
hours of Mr Singhvi's statement ), a leading internet based investigative
agency called " TheHalkat.com " decided to launch a sting operation in Goa.
Acting on a tip off from an " apolitical " source , they decided to make
Manohar Parrikar the first target .
TheHalkat.com ( incidentally , an organisation which is not funded by the
Congress at all ) used miniature TV cameras which were hidden inside swords
and trishuls , thus smuggling them into Manohar Parrikar's secret laboratory (
located in a 1970's Hindi film style underground enclosure below the old Patto
bridge in Panaji ) Their efforts lead to immediate and astounding results.
A highly sophisticated set-up was discovered with specially trained agents
from Haiti who were carrying out a " Voodoo " style operation. Life size
replica's of all the local leaders of the Congress and their allies were
discovered in various positions ( Digamber Kamat, for instance, was hung up
like a puppet ....see website for other images ). The Haitian experts were
filmed in the act of poking and prodding the replica characters with RSS style
wooden sticks , thus apparently controlling the misadventures of the
unsuspecting Congressmen.
Detailed blue prints ( on saffron coloured paper ) were seized and prove
conclusively that through this clandestine operation the evil Manohar Parrikar
was entirely responsible for ( among others )the following errors of the
Congress government over the last 3 odd years :
1) The out of character move by Digamber Kamat to stab Manohar Parrikar in the
back and change from a hardcore BJP man to a proud Congressman overnight. 2)
The rape of Goan lands carried out in the context of RP 2011 3) The decision by
the Rane cabinet to approve SEZ's ( and the undue delay by the Kamat goverment
to cancel them till a third SEZ was notified ) 4) The speakers unconstitutional
decisions to disqualify MLA's and adjourn the assembly as and when convenient.
5) Jamir's repeated violations of the Indian constitution in order to keep the
Congress in power come hell or high water. 6) The way Congress and its
co-alition partner MLA's have been fighting over portfolios like kindergarten
kids squabbling over candy ( not to mention one going on hunger strike in the
demand for a ministerial position...perhaps the first time ever that a hunger
strike has been used for this purpose ) 7) The decision by Digamber Kamat to
welcome the architect of the RP 2011 scandal into his goverment with open arms
( in spite of Manohar Parrikar having been slaughtered by all and sundry for
his brief association with this person during the GDA business ) 8) The
puzzling situaion as two how 2 pairs of members from the same families ended up
in the Congress led goverment ( in spite of the Congress party's " firm "
decision not to give election tickets to more than 1 person from a famly ) 9)
The action by several minister and MLA's from the ruling co-alition rebelling
against the govenment recently. According to the Congress , these individuals
did so to blackmail the Goan people into re-instating the SEZ's 10 ) The action
by the Congress to welcome the pro-SEZ blackmailers back into their fold with
open arms. 11) The surreptious methods used by the Congress goverment to
re-commence illegal constructions which had been cancelled with the revokation
of RP 2011 ( important files going AWOL for instance ) 12) etc etc etc etc etc
etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc........
Interesting trivia noted by TheHalkat.com : a) The Ravi Naik figurine was the
only one which was entirely untouched and pristine. This may well explain why
the Home minister has been so " inactive " in his duties. b) Replica figures
of several prominent " apolitical " activists were found holding hands with
Congress politicians . This puzzling fact could not be explained satisfactorily
. c) Surprisingly , Digamber Kamat was in a distressed state when he heard of
this expose . He said tearfully : i) Who will I blame for all the Congress
goverment's future scandals ? What have I done to deserve this ? ii)
