I am not sure if we ought to be fully discussing these matters if the majority
will rule against this. On this forum, we have turned our attention to more
detailed, political agendas from the Catholics & others, by the "Top 6" of our
Goanet posters.

I feel ALL SUBJECTS are fair to be aired, as long as its got SOME THREAD with
Goans, and sometimes NOTHING AT ALL TO DO WITH GOANS or GOAN RELATED simply
because human nature is all around us, we NEED to air things that are a TRAIT
in all humans, be they Goans, or non-Goans, either living IN GOA or OUTSIDE GOA
but have GOAN interests at heart.

I have had many a brush with Albert & some of his eternal (it seems) posts on
how only his relligion will save us all, no matter what, only his religion has
the right path to "salvation" et al. But he has some valid points occasionally,
no matter what I feel about him. I think if we begin to be selective in our
posters comments and "right to comment" on this forum then we are going down a
slippery path.

I am sure we have all been down this road at some time or other, and
shamefully looked on the ground when we were faced with difficult situations,
others would probably brazenly talk their way out of a difficult situation. It
just shows what type of person we are when we take one or the other route, its
a disguise.

If we are to only take on "weightier" matters only, then its no longer Goanet
as I have known it over the past 12 months, & I would then suggest we DIVIDE
Goanet into TWO sections, one for the those who wish to only pursue POLITICAL
AGENDA, and another for all all matters, since it appears some on this forum,
those eloquent amongst us who would like only to compete with each other.

If this were to happen, Goanet would be in two worlds, one for those who are
top of the hierachy & those of us (I include myself here) ... the 'rag-pickers'.

We need a sprinkling of humour, something to bring us back on track. If we
continue to only have weightier subjects, then we are segregating those who can
bring a smile to our faces, even if its through sheer frustration that Albert
is again telling us the Tulsi plant if best rubbed up this way or that to cure
boils or whatever, or boil Tulsi leaves in water and taken as a drink (which by
the way he WAS right about, but that is another story, and in the
archives..............).

ALBERT WE NEED YOU........................... we also need CORNEL, and the
other top 5.... on the SAME FORUM............. please ??

  Hi Albert
I wonder if Goanet is a bit short of weightier material to publish your story
on this theme? However, I would assert your 'right' to do so.

Dear Goanetters
Many of you must have read in the newspaper how a man from uttar Pradesh came
to Goa with his daughter .
