Comment: The CM should come out with the information he has. The Tomcat [earlier in GT] has given names of the Raheja siblings who allegedly met Manohar [among others] in Mumbai. We are not talking of Bandra Fest, so more information is due. Perhaps, Manohar Bab can put a RTI application to the Home Ministry. Just Rs.10/- and 30 days to re-discover the forgotten details anew ;-) However, what about supporters of SVM like Pravin Sabnis? Comment: Whoa! there. Pravin is no "supporter" of SVM: He is one of its key leaders! What about detractors of BJP in general and Parriker in particular like Vidyadhar Gadgil and Mr Frederick Noronha? Come on guys, this is your chance to get this man out of politics forever. Comment: My vote is to make Manohar bab the permanent "Leader of the Opposition". He rakes up several issues every month. You bet! Some of them are right! I would like to never see him as a CM of Goa again ...unless he genuinely repents and is forgiven. The repentence part is unlikely, though he is willing to give all sorts of justifications. We have seen justifications for the blatant misrepresentation of Dr.Teotonio's piece on history distorted on christian aggression website and kindly forwarded to Goanet by one of its loving subscribers. Will we get some proof from the convenor of SVM? Let us get the proof. Shouldn't be difficult, should it? Comment : What proof will be good? An air ticket to Mumbai on the relevant dates can be justified as a business trip [Manohar bab is a known businessman in Mapusa] or meeting with BJP leaders in Mumbai [Manohar-bab is a known politician, too] or visiting family, IIT-Powai, friends, etc. A taxi to Bandra would not issue receipts of which a duplicate is available. Chai bills of the Raheja siblings is unlikely to be in their name. So what "Proof" can one produce. It is not as it someone was raped and the torn hymen or scratches on the body can be shown as evidence. Board room games and politics leave no evidence ...save the take over. In the instant case, even the takeover bid failed. ;-) This is put up or shut up time, friends. Anil Desai Comment: As for me, I have decided to put up with having Manohar bab as the MLA of Panaji and Leader of the opposition, even if the BJP does not survive in Goa. It was great to have him at the Carnival in Mapusa last evening ...even flagging the motorbike motorcross demo by the Gomes Sports Academy. Just like us, the motorbike riders went over the dirt track, up the "table tops" and humps, revved, raced and overtook the other riders in the race. Just like us, they were going nowhere ....just going in circles or , convulated "laps". Someone else was deciding the winners. The panel of judges was comfortably seated on chairs ...off the dirt track. No point getting agitated, Mr. Anil Desai. This is not HISTORY in the making but, rather, just HISTRIONICS ...and I believe there is a difference between the two!! ;-) Even the King Momo rules for 3 days after the carnival parade. Manohar bab was not as lucky after the parade on Rajpath in July and the mock rally of those UNDER "Cloud 9" trying to reach over its top last month. Yeterday, Digu Kaka was dressed like a cowboy who had just conquered the wild West. He was roaming with the King Momo in Margao to show that his Government is equally stable.
