SOBIT AMCHEM GOEM is a visual musical rendering of goas secular fabric, weaved from the lyrics of the lat Dr. Manohar Rai Sardesai (Mrs. Sardessai seen in the pics) http://www.flickr.com/photos/joegoauk13/2262876231/ Singers are: Hema Sardesai, Sonia Sirsat, Sigmund, Prince Jacob, Belinda, Pravin Gaonkar etc etc Participating artistes were to be felicitated by the Chief Minister Digambar Kamat but CM himself did not turn up so also Hema Sardesai, Prince Jacob etc. It was held in the Maquinez Palace, smaller 75 capacity auditorium but more than 50 people had nowhere to seat some seen seated on the steps, the a/c also did not function.
