<One part of the country, is compelled to bear the brunt of the other lawless and backward region and carry its denizens on their back. Of course the bold and the beautiful who descend upon Goa, are manipulators, who in collboration with our spineless politicians and a toothless administration, do what they please and get away with it....Speaking of constitutional rights and duties and enforcement of law is just an exercise in political correctness. The actual reality is something quite different. What is lacking is a spirit of justice and equity in the implementation of the laws by the administration..Diana>
There we have it. Lawlessness here, lawlessness there, lawlessness everywhere. So what is the root cause of lawlessness in Goa? Anybody have any thoughts?
