All ministers hence forth will have to make dash to Delhi for any matters before clearing the file!! For the purpose of brining about smooth functioning in the government of Goa, government of India has reserved all VVIP seats in all AIR LINES flying from Goa to Delhi and has also authorized all ruling party MLA ministers to take off even an emergency flight from Goa to Delhi using Naval Air Craft at any time 24 x 7 x 365 1/4 a year.
