It is with deep regret that we inform of the death of C.S.(Stan) Pinto formerly of Santa Cruz, Bombay and Sangolda ,Goa. "Stan" as he was better known, was Regional Director of Air India (Far East) and following his retirement, was the first General Manager of the newly opened Fort Aguada hotel in Sinquerim, Goa. Prior to joining Air India, Stan had served in the India Navy and Army. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Joyce (formerly of Vasco) and daughters Sandra (Michael) Abrahams of Ontario Canada, and Patricia (Nigel) Chaves of Melbourne, Australia. Stan will be remembered for his charm, constant friendship and as a mentor to many across the globe, always able to relate to people of any generation. Although of senior rank he was approachable and willing to assist any who asked for his help and guidance. He will be missed greatly by all his relatives and friends. Visitation will take place at Highland Funeral Home,Thornhill on the 19th February,. Funeral Mass at St Luke's Catholic Church, Thornhill, Ontario on 20th February at 12 pm _________________________________________________________________
