----------------------------------- Women held for employing minor ----------------------------------- The Panjim Police yesterday registered a case against one Zarina Nunes, a resident of St. Inez, Panjim for employing a minor girl as a maid servant and allegedly assaulting her. Police said that the woman was allegedly ill-treating the 13 year old girl, orginally hailing from Orissa. There are also instances wherein the maid was assaulted with a rolling pin and a big steel spoon. The case has been registered against Nunes under sections of the Goa Children's Act.
