Lokayukta is required. Indeed YES.

Incidentally, this was strongly proposed during the tenure of Manohar
Parrikar's Chief Ministership. He sat on the file until it cooled-down
sufficiently to be rendered useless. Now Manohar Parrikar is the one who is
shouting at the top of his voice that Lokayukta is need. And a lot of paid
workers  who feel left out do the same on his behalf.  :-))

Too late bud.  Opportunity knocks at the door but just once. Try telling
this to Manohar Parrikar. :-))
