Many of the tourists that come from outside Goa talk of what beauty they saw.
They are referring, not to our beautiful scenery, but to women on the beach in the raw. I was told by official guardians of our morality, often so hard-nosed, That there was a strict ban on too much flesh being exposed. Well, in that case, just as well they do not too rigidly implement the law!
