BG Deshmukh, ex-IAS officer, who was the Cabinet Secretary, or the Principal Secretary, to the Government of India, Prakash Singh, former Deputy General of Police (BSF), J.M. Lyngdoh, former chief election commissioner, also ex-IAS officer, R.C. Lahoti, former Chief Justice of Supreme Court, and J.F. Ribeiro, former Mumbai police commissioner. While this initiative should be applauded, would it not be proper if these worthy gentlemen enlighten the citizens of India what efforts they made to do something about their suggestions while they were in power? An effective way to solve problems is when one is part of the solution, and not merely sermonise. I hope the media is able to put this question to them.
