I agree that success stories from Goans should be made as role models 
whereby Goans do not forget their identity and mother tongue

One of the Goan NRI in UK is Keith Vaz. The other person I remember was Dr. 
Simon Fernandes in Dhobitalao who was a great personality

Many Goans have success stories in their small contribution they make to the 
community and business alike which I think should be highlighted too as role 
models
