Good Job Anand,
My questions:
Is the unstable governments that Goa has had over the last two decades, from
both sides of the political divide, a POOR REFLECTON of ALL Goan politicians?
Do Goans deserve better from the new generation of university-educated cadres
of elected leaders?
Would term-limits for ALL Goan politicians (to three terms - however short
these terms) be a solution to this political-musical-chairs?
