Here are three questions which may be vital for Goa's long term (25-30 year) future (beginnng NOW):
1. How to implement the two (GOAN) airports option proposed by the Goa government to the Union Civil Aviation Ministry. The flip side of this question involves ensuring that Goa does not end up with NO civilian airports due to the closure of Dabolim civil enclave (which in turn could be due to the Mopa airport being relocated to Sindhudurg in Maharashtra). 2. How to ease military fight training operations out of Dabolim to some other more suitable location. 3. How to get all those who are in the Goa government to take a unified view of the "two Goan airports" option so that working at cross purposes is minimised. Note that that this applies to whichever party is in power. These questions are posed to "whomsoever (in Goa) it may concern".
