Allison Pearson in the Daily Mail has correctly summed up the trend among 
parents today to shun their responsibilities. As she rightly says, schools 
are perhaps the only moral framework the children have. Scarlett's mother 
should also be tried for murder as she is equally responsible. That given 
Scarlett's state she could have been a vicitim in any part of the world, yet 
let not our people get away with murder - Goan youth and their morality is 
seen at its basest in their interaction with foreigners at shack after 
conusming alcohol and drugs and after dark. What are the parents of our boys 
doing? It's shocking to see married men too engaged in this licentitious 
philosophy andf lifestyle. Goa does not need tourism - it needs education, 
values, morality, culture .............responsible parents and teachers 
...............and good, clean, honest, open governance.
