Some of you may have noticed strange and longer delays calling Goa from Europe/East Coast North America. Apparently there is an internet outage (link below) where there is a multiple under sea cable cut...this would effectively effect internet and voice calls from Europe/Mis-east and Goa for example. So calls being routed the other way round the world take longer (there is a delay with my friend Calander answers in the Mupca market).
