Mr. Sandeep,

Please correct your self. I am not Mr. but Mrs.Kapila Deo, (I know it get
printed as Kapil)
I appriciate for interest shown by you on dull issue like CHESS in GOA.
Although Goans performance at International or National level is very very good
compared to any other individual sport.

I am puting a link of Coaching circular and quating a para.
http://indianchessfed.org/News/2008/January/coachingprogramme.asp
"For players to be identified by the State Associations, we request the various
State Associations to send us a list of ten children in the age group of 7 – 15
for whom the AICF will take care of the Boarding and Lodging apart from the
expenses in employing good coaches. The State Association will be required to
take care of the travel expenses alone. "

Today it is March 15. Its more than two months. GSCA must have identified ten
names and must have submitted to AICF.

I would be happy to know who are these "financially weak chess players".

As also whole Goa should know the identified players. When is the D day.
exectly ... Annual General Meeting day April 27 2008.
When everyone attending the meeting knows the benefits from these coaching ...
issue of the second circular will come up and AGM of GSCA will reject it in
toto.
These coaching circular is now over two months old....
AICF should annouce the name of GM's and IM's who have opted to give ther
services as free coaching and as per the rates stipulated by AICF. Certainly
INDIANS should know this why dont you write to AICF sandeep here is the email
:[EMAIL PROTECTED]
for your convinience.

If you want I would also like to eleborate on Demand and Supply position of
Chess Coaches in India.
