A good food for thought by Mr. Bernado Colaco in his posting on Goanet

Many a times this question is asked and varying answers are given, can as
many people as possible define a Goan? Is/was the definition same pre to
1961 annexation and post 1961?
Perhaps some of our Goan professionals and few philosophers can shed their
expertise, euphoria or whatever one would like to call it in these days and
years. These definitions hopefully will meet with the thinking of Goans from
Goa, Goans from India and Goans from Africa and elsewhere.
