It is nice to read your comments using very good sarcasm and humour. I am only
joining your discusiion, not attcking your integrity like some people are doing.
For many years various Goans are speaking against outsiders coming and buying
big properties in Goa.
# how can one believe that all of them agree with each other or for that matter
do they agree with Dr Rajan parrikar whose motto is I disagree with everybody.
# The good dotor, Colaco bab might not find agreement coming from Datta Naik
and Sridhar Kamat who are hurrying the Regional Plan to be done by the Task
force to help the builders.
# Parrikar is the person who gave prime land to INOX at a very low deal. How
can one believe that he disagrees with his own deeds when in power
# Mathany is become a paper tiger who only roars before media and did not even
make a small mew as MLA & Tourism Minister
# Prashant Naik is a person not to relied because he is involved as broker
The problem is not just the foreigners or non-Goans who are buying land. The
biggest problem is the Goan land sharks like Dhempo, Landscape, Commonwealth
Developers, Models who are filling up fields, cutting mountains, breaking CRZ &
other laws. They are forcing the farmers, fishermen and sons of soil to leave
their land so that these guys can build 8 floor buildings in which only rich
Goans and rich non Goans and rich foriegners can buy flats. The biggest culprit
is Government of Goa. Also most of our NGOs are working for non-Goans, not for
Goans.
.people are talking that when politician like Narvekar makes such statement it
means he is blackmailing somebody for more bribes.

Indian nationals. On 13 March 08 the xenophobic Dr Rajan Parrikar stated on
this forum that this ban should be extended to Indian nationals who are not of
Goan origin. On 14 March 08 ( to my sheer delight ) the few patriotic Indians
on this forum castigated Rajan in no uncertain terms. On 15 March 08 ( to my
utter distress ) more than a few Goan sons of the soil fully supported what
Rajan had suggested ( look at newspaper links below if you are uncertain ) List
of xenophobic Goenkars who agree with Dr Rajan Parrikar : ( specially
prepared so the Indian patriots on this forum can write to them and
