The mother of Scarlett has made a specific accusation against the present Home
Minister and the head of the police. These are serious issues. Why bring in
the BJP here? Assume that there was a BJP government in place, instead of a
Congress government. And the accusation was against the Home Minister of that
government. Would it be right, then, to say as follows:
"I am surprised at your accusation OF BJP led government. So what you are
implying is that if Congress was ruling this would not have happened? During
Congress reign, all the beaches of Goa were free of Drugs? There were no
foreign gangs on the beaches?"
This would be trying to evade the issue.
