What Raw Mangoes remind you of?
- Tora Xiro )Xitakode or Pejekode)
- Toram Miskutt
- Toram foll or fou (preseerved in salt water in a 'Buyanv'
- Ambea Solam (made from Raw Mangoes)
- Chirmutta toram (small tender Raw-mangoes pressed with heavy weight like
grinding stone etc.. see pic)
- Masala toram (Chirmutta toram filled with spicy red masala)
- Toram bateri (Raw mango is cut into two and filled with salt, raw chillies or
chilli powder and then hard pressed under the school bench-leg or Darache
hanchint (place the stuffed mango inbetween the open class room door hinge and
close the door to hard press the mango -bateri)
- Toram Koddi (Curry)
- Ukolo toram (matured raw mangoes are first bolied and then stored in a
'Buayanv' see pic
-Toram chetni? (heart of Mango Chetni but don't know if it is done of
Raw-Mangoes.
