Nothing in Rajdeep's article reveals his own views on
caste. He has reported on the caste antecedents or
and the pride professed by Charles Correia. If stating
someone's caste, or being aware of one's own caste,
marks one out as a casteist, I am delighted to be one
and I am doubly delighted to walk around with the
casteism badge on my escutcheon.
