Miguel Braganza had asked me the following question
here on Goanet last month:
"Can you put a NAME to any of the Core Group members,
who meet every month, who are supposed to be ones "who
have quit the GBA in disgust" ?
I responded thusly -

After that, we heard not a peep from Mr. Braganza on the
subject. And then he goes into a self-eulogy of what an
honest soul he is. Ha ha ha.
He arrogates to himself the right to chastise
Dr. Virgincar and I for our support of Manohar Parrikar,
but it is alright for him to shill for the discredited and
mealy-mouthed pro-Congress Convener of the GBA.
Braganza can propagandize to his heart's fill for his
favourite Digambar Kamat but Dr. Virgincar and I are
verboten from expressing our political preferences.
Now Mr. Braganza tells us that he has taken a mouna
vrata here on Goanet but that hasn't stopped him from
dribbling on other groups, such as this:

Braganza threatens that he will excavate our postings
upon his return. I would like to reassure him: so will we.
