I would say that this exercise is very impressive.
I would have liked to give my inputs. Unfortunately I am drained of any
fresh brain-waves. The Road Map for GAO has taken its toll.
However, I do acknowledge that there is no such thing as absolute. It
reminds me of the story of the Japanese watch company boasting that it had
manufactured the thinnest wire in the world until the Swiss watch makers
sent the same wire back to Japan with a hole bored into it.
In full appreciation of this new initiative.
