When Manohar Parrikar was the Chief Minister, a friend of mine asked a Catholic Minister who was supporting Parrikar and the BJP the reasons behind his steadfast support, despite the BJP's communal leanings.
The Ex Minister replied that he was supporting the bas***ds because on the other side of the fence there were bigger bas***ds. Going by the manner in which the present Government seems to be functioning, to a large extent the Ex Minister's words are proving to be true. No prizes for guessing who the Ex Catholic Minister is :-) Cheers Sandeep
