Talking Photos: I have come to Goa to sell my ancestors house to the highest bidder
Yes, I am selling our house to the highest bidder, I dont care who the buyer is. I have just come to Goa for selling and making quick bucks. I have no where to stay in Goa, so I put up in a city hotel. I cant even speak Konkani and my accent are like English man. Dont remember when I visited Goa last. But my parent died in Goa and in this house. The house is almost in dilapidated condition (about to collapse) The total house and land area is about 600 sq mtrs At the time of house construction around 1955, a small cross was also built next to the house and well within the compound wall (this is a tradition even now). The only entrance to the house is via the cross. The cross now renovated or extended by the other devotees neighbours or the committee of the Cross constituting about 40 houses/members. Some of the houses have their own pvt cross in front of their houses but dont know why they prefer our cross. Litany or novenas taken place here twice a year i.e. about 24 times/days a year. The neighbours are now in complete control over the cross. There is no way the neighbours would allow to shift the cross (although the cross is owned and located in the owner/sellers compound wall). The members also likely to claim more land for the cross in the name of God, so buyer beware!! I dont care, about anyone.
