Right on brother......instead of complaining and philosophising so much, get something done so that the power gets in our hands I suggest a barrage of Emails from all over the world to the NRI office in Porvorim. requesting just this, and the reason why, with a cc to this Email. Make your request widely known and public....it is only this way that the NRI Comissioner will pay us any attention.....just now he seems to be mesmerised by the Middle East.
