And I have been saying this all along.
We are Goans, Manohar Parrikar is a Goan. That is fine. But the national
parties are run not by Goans. There is something called the HIGH COMMANDS:
For the Congress it is Sonia and Ahmed Patel and Goa Desc in charge. Nothing
moves past them if they do not sanction something. Our guys shuffle to and
from Delhi and Goa like errand boys. For NCP it is PAWAR and Praful Patel.
They say YES, it is done. They say NO, you don't argue but just sit tight
with a long face. And there is the BJP. There are too many masters, of them
the RSS is the worst. Besides Manohar says RSS is his religion. That makes
it all the more difficult. He cannot decide for himself. He has to go with
the flowing safron tide. Giving Goa the good governance is not difficult at
all. Infact, under the BJP Goa can have the best ever governance.
BUT................. They say Rath Yatra starts from Goa, it will start from
Goa. I don't see how Manohar Parrikar can say No.
Therefore, there is nothing like having Goa's writ run by Goa's High Command
right here in Goa. No Delhi - Billy.
If Goans cannot muster the necessary clout to tell the National parties to
get lost from the face of Goa, they should atleast have enough sense to
dilute them sufficiently not to give them the handle to turn the masala by
themselves. However, Goa has failed in this dilution already. Thanks to
Felipe Neri Rodrigues and MATANHY SALDANHA. It is said "Once bitten twice
shy". We require dilutants not to loose their diluting properties once
released into the mainstream.
As I have already said, it takes a powerful laser type of strength to cut
thro' thick and thin to show its head at the other end, come what may.
Anyone wants to SAVE GOA that bad??? How about letting me on the secret??

PS 1:. My take why national parties are interested in Goa is that they want
to use Goa as their watering hole for their tired Delhi and other leaders
and the many chamchas of these leaders. And they make sure that we gullible
Goans do not protest or feel the pinch. Because they have their super Goan
chamchas running their writ here on Goans through the Delhi given whip.
PS2: Cedrico, do me a favour and tell me what colour you see now in this
post. I do hope it has a good, identifiable tinge.
