As an up-coming political party, we can take this issue first to the NRI
Commissioner's door steps at the Secretariat, Porvorim, easily and then, if
necessary , lob it in the lap of the Civil Aviation Ministry in New Delhi to
follow it up to the conclusive end thro' influential friends of the party in
New Delhi, since this issue of sudden stoppage of Shj-Goa direct flight has
and is inconveniencing a whole lot of Goans. Goa Su-Raj Party considers
this as its raison d'etre.
However, we would feel emboldened and more at home if we did have some sort
of formal authorization from atleast one local Goan organization in the UAE
representing Goans stating the gravity of such inconveniences caused to its
membes as well as other lay Goan citizens working in the UAE to visit their
home state Goa.
Needless to say that the party will not hold you guys at ransom :-) at any
time for taking up the matter because we shall not be doing a favour to
anyone but only our duty.
However there may or may not be assured results .

Dear Floriano,
thank you for your push to the matter on the sudden
stoppage of the direct IA flight from Shj to Goa...i
am persuing the matter on behalf of the thousands of
Goans who will be put to inconvienience, specially the
elderly and the children.
So far...all we have got back is a letter written by
Eduardo's secretary.
