The projects are going on at consistent pace and the investors from all across the country are showing great interest in it. These were my personal observations at the Goa Property Fair organised by MagicBricks, at Chhatarpur, Delhi, in the second week of March this year. A surprising number of visitors were there at the event and hardly anyone was concerned about the controversies. In fact, the developers remarked that the informed real estate investor was not affected of all protests and in fact presented examples of Mauritius and Bahamas, which are Goa's international counterparts and have witnessed a tremendous development in real estate by public-private organizations. "There is no base for such protests.
