I am not sure what "we" (people residing outside Goa) can do, to stop this
carnage.

I have seen several compelling pictures R Parrikar sent out on GoaNet.
Everytime, a new post comes on GoaNet about this, I am dumb struck, unable to
do anything, or perhaps, I am choosing to ignore the problem.

I am sure though, thousands of Goans around the world are in a similar
situation, unable to act; because they do not know what to do, or how to help.

Maybe, people like you and R Parrikar and others in Goa, could brainstorm and
come up with some plan of action and post it on GoaNet. From my side, I could
possibly arrange some funding and get other Goans in my area activated and to
cough up dollars for the purpose. Without a plan, I can't start collecting
funds - people are going to question me, what I'd do with the money.

I shall be visiting Goa next month (just for 5 days) and even though, my
schedule will be very tight, I could possibly meet with some of you guys - only
if you have a plan to show. Otherwise, its no use wasting each other's time.

Finally, I am willing to help, only if this effort is non-partisan with no
political affiliations whatsoever.

Thanks,
