In the last few years;
1) N. Korea has become one of the handful of members of the nuclear club.
2) Venezuela has been providing subsidized oil for the poor in the USA.
3) China has been buying treasury bills to finance the budget deficits of the
US.
Given the above record, as a Goan, I am waiting for the Goan Marxists to
revolutionize Goa too :-)
