2008.
The funeral service will be held at Don Bosco Borivli at 10.00.a.m. on
Friday, 18 April 2008 followed by the funeral service at Sewri cemetery.

1st Profession (became a Salesian of Don Bosco): May 24, 1962
Ordained priest: December 18, 1971
Died: April 16th, 2008
He served as Prefect of Studies, Catechist (Boarding); Administrator (School
& Boarding), Principal at various Salesian institutions like Don Bosco,
Matunga; Don Bosco, Borivli; Dominic Savio, Andheri; Don Bosco, Lonavla; Don
Bosco, Salmiya, Kuwait among others.
He was a tough disciplinarian and demanded that the boys give off their
best, whether it was in studies, sports, or extra curricular activities. He
coached the soccer and hockey teams in Don Bosco, Matunga and won many
trophies for the school.
He was a Goan at heart. His mother and family lived in Saligao. He went to
Goa religiously at least once a year to be with his mother and family. She
died last year.
In his last years he was in the infirmary at Dominic Savio, Andheri.
Deeply mourned by the Provincial, the Salesians of Don Bosco, family
members, relatives, Teachers, friends and many past pupils.
