Dear Villagers of Collamb,
it is unfortunate to read the behaviour of GP Naik, south Goa collector, but
it doesnt surprise me...
let me share a personal experience with Mr GP Naik who was a little time ago
the Chief offier of Margao Municipal Council.
Firstly, GP Naik is a Digamber Kamat protegee and as long as Digamber is in
power, his high handedness will never be brought to light.
My family was fighting a case with tenants (supporters of Digamber kamat) and
as the entire episode was manupulated, the tenants filed as mundkars with due
behind the scenes support from Digamber Kamat.
There was a day when the tenants with due police protection (the police
decended on our property sans name badges) decided to illegally build on our
ancestral property. It was meticulously done on a saturday morning to avoid the
courts...
When my aged parents and sisters protested, G P Naik with the official MMC
jeep came to the aid of the tenants.
GP naik not only abused my parents and sisters but also threatened to come in
the evening with bulldozers and official MMC trucks and staff and bulldoze our
house and the entire property.
My parents and sisters, told him never to set foot on our private property
ever.
the paper tiger that GP naik is, never had the guts to return as he knew well
that he was trying to use official power for an illegal act.
i have the filming of the entire events and even the verbal abuse G P Naik
resorted to.
It is another story how this chamcha rose from a mere CO at a MMC to the
south goa collector.
i wish you well in your fight against this corrupt administration
