congressman...Ramakanth Khalap may be pulled up by the
congress big wigs in the state as many of his brethren
in the ruling dispensation have cultivated safe vote
banks by grooming migrants with ration cards, and also
places to build houses on...
if Khalap is serious in walking his talk...let him
first raise this issue with the current CM as monte
hill and housing board are living examples of how
migrant vote banks flourish in MARGAO...
i will at the moment wont even dare to comment on
VASCO and PANJIM...
