To Goanet - It seems to me that there is an unusually high number of outsiders in the higher ranks of the Town & Country Planning Dept. This is one of the - if not THE - most crucial arm of the Goa govt facilitating the destruction of Goa.
So the question is - why have Goans handed over this fertile field of goodies to outsiders? I mean, there is no dearth of local talent in the art of corruption, is there? Regards, r
