Dear all, I thank you all very much for the kind sentiments and emotional support offered during the death of our mother, Felicia, earlier this week. We thought that one way of paying a tribute to her memory, and also looking out into the future, would be to set up a small online venture that encourages young people here to take to nursing as a career (Mum was herself a nurse at Bombay Hospital, Nakasero in Kampala, in Rio and back in Goa).
We're just getting started -- with a few preliminary links -- at http://nursing.goa-india.org Am hoping to get more inputs, articles and links to nurses willing to guide new entrants into the field. If you could point me to any suitable resources (my ignorance shows in this field, but I can probably learn), then I'd be really grateful. Thanks once again, to all who sent in messages, and those who had in your thoughts and prayers.
