Chris,
The above is a cute fairy tale from yestercentury. In reality, the rich are so 
because they look after every penny. Anyone who has made his money the hard way 
knows that there is ALWAYS a discount available for everything. It is always 
the foolish and the poor that pay full price. Ask any Goan in Mapusa on Friday 
if they pay the asking price for anything. The ones that do, are the visitors. 
The ones that are asking the price are those that already know what price they 
are going to pay.
