BTW. I had a long chat with PI Santosh Desai of Margao after the alert was
despatched. As a matter of fact I couldn't get connected over the phone. Mr.
D'Souza was released on bond of Rs. 10000/- by then. But the story of PI
Santosh Desai and the real story does not gell. This arrest was due to the
Lohia Maidan meeting which Mr. D'Souza addressed and came down heavily on
the aurthorities, including the CM.
