But you might consider explicitly putting the Creative Commons license that meets the conditions you describe on your flickr.com site, this makes the legal position clear -- creator to be acknowledged; non-commercial usage only (commercial usage to be paid for as you describe); and non-derivative (that is, material to be used as is, without modification). The relevant license is at http://creativecommons.org/license/results-one?license_code=by-nc-nd The license can be embedded in your flickr.com site. Go through the site. This is a great concept in licensing which has stood many legal tests.
