There is an advertisement in today's Herald for apartments in a new residential complex being built in Caranzalem-Miramar by a well-known Goan builder. Out of curiosity I called in to ask for the price. Depending on the floor, I was told they are priced at Rs 50,000 or Rs 60,000 per square metre. The cheapest apartment (146 sq mts) works out to 73 lakhs! I think these are the same ground + 8 buildings I have recently posted pictures of here on Goanet. Welcome Mr Singh and Mrs Ahuja.
