That was very nice of you Twila, to appreciate what everyone contributes. In my dictionary, there is no 'outsider'. It all depends on how much we manage to understand other cultures. And, in a way, we are all 'outsiders' (not just because man didn't originate in Goa, but also because we have to overcome some or the other distance of sort). Welcome to Goanet, and I hope others reading it also post at least two lines each month, to keep everyone going! In Goan societies, we have a surfeit of negativism and criticism, but seldom a good word. Thanks again! FN
