Hi Gillian,
I know a lot of foreigners (white skins) who have bought Goan houses (there
are NO PORTUGUESE HOUSES), and have restored them magnificantly. If you
comply with all the RBI rules, there is no problem in buying a house. What
about Goans who have foreign nationalities? They are also buying
flats/houses in Goa. There are foreigners who are given one year visa at a
time and have bought flats.
